Our approach is integrative

We look at the whole person: mind, body, emotions, behavior, and environment.

TERAPIA ADULTOS

We start with what’s real.

We don’t begin a session by asking what’s wrong. We begin by asking what’s true, in your body, in your family, in the room you actually live in.

Mind

Emotional literacy,

regulation, resilience

Body

Somatic care, rest,

rhythm, nourishment

Spirit

Connection, intention, healing lineage

Mind___

We don’t begin a session by asking what’s wrong. We begin by asking what’s true, in your body, in your family, in the room you actually live in.

Body___

Somatic awareness, breath, movement, regulation. The body holds what the mind hasn’t named yet. Our work assumes the body is part of the conversation, not a vehicle for the mind.

Spirit___

Identity, healing lineage, belonging, purpose. We don’t proselytize. We hold space for whatever already lives in you, the rituals you grew up with, the questions you carry, the ancestors at the edge of the room.

Who we are

Holistik was founded on a simple belief: healing happens in connection.

We live in a world where people are more connected than ever, yet many feel deeply alone. Parents are overwhelmed. Mothers are expected to keep giving without being supported. Children are often seen for their behaviors before anyone understands what they are carrying.

We believe there is another way.

A way rooted in relationship, community, and care that sees the whole person, not just a diagnosis, a behavior, or a difficult season.

Whether we are supporting a mother in her transition to parenthood, a child with big emotions, a family moving through hardship, or an individual seeking healing and growth, our work is guided by the same purpose: to help people feel seen, supported, and connected.

At Holistik, we are building more than a therapy practice.

We are building a place that reminds people they do not have to carry life alone.

A note from the founder

I didn’t set out to build a practice. I set out to do the work differently.

I had been sitting with adults and children for years, watching what the system did to people, how it rushed them, reduced them, sent them home with a diagnosis and not much else. I knew there was another way.

Covid made me stop waiting.

Everything collapsed at once. Schools, routines, the thin walls families had built between surviving and falling apart. I watched children carry things no child should carry. I watched mothers disappear into the labor of holding everyone together while quietly coming undone. I built Holistik in the middle of all of it. Just me. One room, one intention.

I didn’t expect it to grow the way it did. I didn’t expect other therapists to find the message and say, yes, this is how I want to practice too.

Then in 2021 I became a mother. Three boys later, I understand in my body what I once only understood in theory. What it costs to raise children. What it asks of you. My whole approach shifted, toward maternal mental health, toward families as living systems, toward what it actually takes to raise kids who are not just fine, but free.

That shift is baked into everything we do here.
